Psychologist (Full Time, Part-Time, Contract)

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Psychologist to join our behavioral health team. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and a commitment to client-centered care.The position is open to full time and part time candidates as well on a contracting basis.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Stay informed of current psychological research and best practices in the field.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current, active license as a Psychologist in the State of California.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians welcome to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based model.



Compensation: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
